Filter bag zigzag sewing machines, GT199-FOA and GT146-FOA, are single needle, high speed, feed off arm, lockstitch zigzag industrial sewing machines. GT199-FOA is the feed-off-arm, bottom feed, zigzag sewing machine, and GT146-FOA is the top and bottom feed zigzag sewing machine.

Both of these two feed-off-arm zigzag filter bag sewing machines are equipped with the horizontal axis rotary hook, reverse lever, 3 interchanged cams(the standard kits) can realize one step two points zigzag, 2 steps 3 points zigzag and 3 steps 4 points zigzag. The complete sealed ridge prevents oil leak. The diameter of the feed-off-arm is only 45mm, and the arm length is 230mm, its max.zigzag width can up to 10mm with the max.foot lift 13mm.

Due to the unique feed-off-arm structure, these two filter bag zigzag sewing machines can join two pieces fabrics of filter bags and dedusting bags by the one step and two points zigzag stitch, which move forward and backward easily during the sewing. These two machines are good choices for the filter bag and dedusting bags factory, they also suitable for sewing medium to heavy weight materials, such as bags, shoes, gloves and diving dress etc, as well as the corner part sewing, where the regular flat arm machine can not reach.
