Single needle chain stitch bag making machine GK35-1 is flat bed, plain feed, high speed, double thread bag making sewing machine, the max sewing speed can be 2000SPM, adopted lower feed dog feeding mechanism, mechanical thread chain cutter, 401 chain stitch type. It adopts sight feed oiler lubrication system, main parts are used cooper material, the whole machine body is integrated casting.
This single needle chain stitch bag sewing machine is developed from the regular GK35-2C(equal to Union Special 80800 series machine heads),so the relative spare parts are easy to find in the market and free interchanging, easy for after sale service and maintenance.
This small bag making sewing machine head mainly suitable for sewing light to heavy weight bags, such as paper bags, PP bags, jute bags in the different applicated factories worldwide.
