Heavy duty portable bag closer

Heavy duty portable bag closer GK2006 series are single needle, single thread and double thread high speed portable bag closing machine, with combined upper and lower feed which can grip both sides of the sewing material to ensure smooth feeding and improve the sewing quality. GK2006-1 is single thread machine, and GK2006-2 is double thread machine, both two machines are with built-in thread chain cutter to cut the thread quickly and increase the working efficiency. The stitch length is adjustable from 3-9mm according to different material thickness.

GK2006 series heavy duty portable bag closer is with oil pump lubrication system, both 220V and 110V motor are available. The motor speed is constant when sewing light or heavy duty materials. The housing of the motor and handle are made of fiberglass-reinforced break-resistant polyamide.

These two heavy duty portable bag closers are mainly designed for sewing various heavy materials, including geotextiles, synthetic turf, tarps, and different kinds of bags(paper bags, plastic bags, PP bags, jute bags, etc).

The machine is with top and bottom feed dog feed, which is easy to sew thick materials.

Built-in thread chain cutter

WIth built-in thread cutter, just pull the thread chain, it can cut the thread automatically.
