DS-11 bag closing machine is the high speed, single needle, two thread, chainstitch industrial sewing machine, which developed on the regular DS-9C and DS-7C machines. It is our latest model of vertical bag closing head, for closing bags on pedestal or on automatic heat sealing machine line. With the oil bath and oil pump lubrication system, it ensures excellent lubrication of the moving parts during high speed sewing and decrease the wearing of the parts, which extends the machine life and save the cost for the maintenance.
Bag closing machine DS-11(equal to Newlong DS-11) adopts continuous top and bottom roller feed, upper shaft driving parts and looper driving parts are full sealed, and the machine is with pneumatic cutter which can cut the thread and crepe tape automatically.
The max. sewing speed of DS-11 is 2000RPM, and with fixed stitch length 10.2mm, it is mainly used on the automatic heating sealing and closing machine for sewing kraft paper bags and PP bags, and also widely used in chemicals, fertilizers, grains, sugar, salt, port industries etc.
