As we all know, the big bag lockstitch sewing machines work in forward and backward stitching usually, making zigzag stitches to attach lifting loops to big bag body. In this circumstance, the user have to turn the whole bag body in different directions to get a x-box stitches especially for the parts where two loops crossover, this process is consumes a lot of time and physical effort.
High speed 1-needle big bag sewing machine with the large rotary hook GA4670D and GA4670D-7 are designed to solve the above issue. By keeping the handle presser foot lifting, the user could move the fabric in all direction to achieve x-box and zigzag stitches, this free form sewing function raise the output even for the new-operator.
GA4670-D is the basic direct-driven machine with the needle position function, GA4670D-7 has all the automatic function with the auto thread trimmer. Both of these two machines have the extra large size rotary hook(6 times), large stitch length(14mm), high foot lift(16mm) and self production when the thread or hook skip. These two high speed 1-needle jumbo bag sewing machine with the large rotary hook suitable for various kinds of big bags in the global jumbo bag industry.
