When the chain stitch sewing machine is not required in the big bag factory, this machine is mainly designed for the sewing various pieces of jumbo bags, such as big bag loop seam on fabric, bulk bag spout fabric seam, side seam on fabric with filler cord(please specify when order), top and bottom panel seam with filler cord, heavy duty corner seam and more.

This FIBC bag sewing machine GA2570 has the high needle bar stroke, long stitch length(13mm), max.foot lift up to 18mm, large hang wheel reverse lever as the standard device, even the reverse stitch can be realized by the foot pedal for the freeform sewing on the PP/PE fabric of big bags, large working space 450x200mm for the ease movement of bulk bags under the sewing arm. The transverse sewing is required when the mixing and cross stitching the weft belts and big bag loops, this FIBC bag sewing machine can move the fabric in any direction to form stitches by the presser foot lifting.
