Two needle bag stitching machines DNE-2WU/2LWU are the high speed, flat bed, double needle, four thread, chain stitch industrial chainstitch sewing machines. With the top and bottom feeding mechanism, this machine does have the strong sewing capacity (the max.thickness can up to12mm), the longest stitch length can reach 15mm. Also, it has the automatic oil supply system, high speed at low vibration, consistent stitch.

DNE-2WU/2LWU two needle bag stitching machines are mainly designed for the making small and middle size bags in the global market, such as multi-wall paper bags, PP/PE bags, even cloth bags etc, which widely used in the chemical products factory, cement factory, flour factory and other woven bags factories.

DNE-2LWU is the left sewing machine, which is good combination of the right side DNE-2WU on the automatic stitching line.

Double needle is set with the needle holder, take off one needle,it can be used as single needle machine.

Four thread tension assembly, two for upper thread,two for looper thread.
