The gravity quantitative packaging scale DCS-50G is for packing granular materials and easy flow materials, adopted advanced gravity sensor, it is high speed, high accuracy and easy operation, suitable for packing granular materials such as paddy rice, milled rice, mixed grains, roasted nuts, dried fruits, animal feed and other dry products.
This automatic quantitative weighting scale assures the stable performance, display cumulative weight and packaging quantity with the simple and fast operation. Depending on the different products, the optional features available, such as anti-breakage mechanisms, pneumatic vibrating devices for hoppers, and slow-feed vibrating systems and others.
This automatic weighting scale usually works with the bag closing system and the belt conveyor together to transfer the filled bags and closing the top mouth by the closing machine head GK35-6A or DS-9.
Main components
Hopper:
To hold the large quantity materials, reducing the frequency of refilling. It is made of stainless steel, ensures durability and resistance to corrosion.
Weighing system:
Equipped with state-of-the-art load cells and advanced digital weighing indicators, with high accuracy. The control system uses this real-time data to regulate the feed mechanism: firstly, it operates at full capacity to quickly fill the bag to a predetermined "target weight" minus a small "dribble amount". This rapid filling ensures efficiency, and reducing cycle time. Once the material reaches the dribble threshold, the feed mechanism switches to a slower "dribble feed" mode, which prevents overfilling by allowing the control system to make precise adjustments. When the weight detected by the load cells matches the exact target weight, the feed mechanism shuts off immediately, halting the material flow. After the correct weight is achieved, the filled bag is auto released.
Control Panel:
The control panel is user-friendly interface, touch-screen display. Operators can easily input parameters such as target weight, packaging speed, and number of packages. The control panel also provides real-time feedback on the machine's operation, including error messages and production statistics.
