Plain bag feed-in device CP6000-1 is long version automatic infeed machine for high performance bag closing machines. It is plain feed, without bag top folding, adopt rubber coated carrying chains to protect the bags, the chains are stainless steel.

Long bag infeed machine is used to feed the bags into sewing machine until finishing the bag sewing, it is mounted on the sewing pedestal and work together with bag closing machines.

CP6000-1 is used carbon steel casting body, and with new type frequency motor, suitable for feeding paper bags, PP bags, etc. Long conveying distance, large speed regulating range, and easy for operation and maintenance.

It is packed in plywood case with feet, which is easy to load the machine with fork, and safe for long distance transportation.

Rubber coated stainless steel conveying chains, easy for feeding any types of bags.

Plain feeder

When bags move to the feed-in device, it will smoothly convey into the sewing head, and will not fold the bag top, until finish the bag sewing.
