GK35-2C Semi-automatic bag closing system with A1-PT pedestal is a practical semi-automatic bag closing machine, fully operated by a foot pedal for easy start and stop control. This complete unit consists of a GK35-2 bag closing head and compact A1-PT sewing pedestal.
Simply press down the foot pedal to start sewing. The foot pedal controlled bag closing machine automatically cuts the thread once the stitching is finished, and it stops running when you release the pedal. When paired with a 1.5m or 2m belt conveyor, the foot pedal can be configured to synchronously control both the sewing head and the conveyor for unified start and stop operation.
The compact A1-PT pedestal bag closing machine with GK35-2C features height adjustment via a manual handle, delivering simple and hassle-free operation. This versatile semi-automatic bag closing system is widely used for closing filled paper bags, PP woven bags and jute sacks. It is an ideal packaging solution for food, fertilizer, animal feed, chemical products and more.
