High speed 1-needle geo textile sewing machine DN-5U is the high speed, one needle, two thread, industrial chainstitch sewing machine, with upper and lower feed, full sealed oil bath lubrication system, large oil pan, adopted friction bearings for long service life, easy operation and maintenance(machines parts same as Newlong DN-5U).
This 1-needle 2-thread geo textile chainstitch sewing machine DN-5U is good for sewing heavy duty and slippery materials, the upper feed dog can hold and feed the materials smoothly. With the unique design, ideal for table top sewing to make geotextiles as well as artificial turfs(Lawn), it is specially an ideal machine for a variety of Artificial Lawns installation. Also,it can be used to sew bags on automatic bag making machine system.
