Bottom Feed big bag making sewing machine GN20-2D is one high speed, one needle two thread overedge chain stitch industrial sewing machine. It is mainly designed for stitching and closing the side seam on variety of big bags in the jumbo bag factory.
This bottom feed jumbo bag sewing machine use one needle and one lower looper to form one straight chain stitch and one safety overlock(503 type), beautiful and consistent stitch, top oil bad with the semi-auto lubrication, filler cord guide with the filler cord from the top and or bottom, which can close the needle hole during the sewing, in order to avoid the leakage of the container, simple and reasonable inside structure with quality parts, easy set-up and maintenance, its max. overedged seam width can up to 15mm, adjusted stitch length is between 7-16mm, and the max. sewing capacity is 20mm.
This is one economical big bag sewing machine in the market, which can produce most kinds of big bags, FIBC bags, container bags, jumbo bags etc. Especially, one ideal machine for the low cost invested big bags factory worldwide.
