Big bag lockstitch sewing machine GC1541S is the most popular basic jumbo bag sewing machine with the large horizontal rotary hook in the global bulk bag industry at present. It is mainly sewing and attaching the lifting belt to the big bag body.
Jumbo bag lockstitch sewing machine GC1541S adopts the strong feeding mechanism with the union feed and walking foot, built-in bobbin winder, reverse lever, top dial for the alternative foot movement, the safety clutch device, auto central lubrication system by the oil wick with the automatic hook lubricated function, high speed, large horizontal rotary hook and large bobbin, high foot lift and long stitch length. The unique advantage of this machine is the ease bobbin thread replacement without the remove of the big bag under the sewing arm during the sewing.
This popular container bag lockstitch sewing machine can up to 2500SPM as the max.speed with the outstanding sewing performance, one basic lockstitch industrial sewing machine for the container bag, jumbo bag, big bag and FIBCs bag manufacturers.
In addition, many other such sub-classes models available as the option, such as direct-driven version machine with auto thread trimmer or without, 3 different long arm version(18, 25 and 30 inch) available too as the option.
