High speed freeform big bag sewing machines GA3670 and GA3670D are our new generation big bag sewing machines based on our many years machines supplied to the big bag industry worldwide. They are designed based on traditional big bag sewing machine, the"free form sewing" function is expanded, by keeping the handle presser foot lifting, sewing operators could move the fabric in arbitrary direction to achieve x-box and zigzag stitching, the professional sewing function will support the unskilled sewing operators works at the much higher output.
These two high speed freeform jumbo bag sewing machines are high speed, thick thread, upper and lower feed, industrial lockstitch sewing machines. The extra large rotary hook and large bobbin capacity, which reduce the bottom thread change frequency, 420x210mm large working space under the arm, its max. stitch length can up to 14mm, 50.80mm high needle bar stroke, the automatic lubrication system, reverse lever, reasonable inside structure, low vibration and noise, simple and easy maintenance. The complete set machine usually comes with the stainless steel table top and the strong needle position servo motor.
GA3670 is the basic machine head, G3670D is the integrated strong direct-driven version machines. Both of these two high speed freeform FIBC bags sewing machines almost can meet all the high performance requirements from all big bags, jumbo bags, FIBC bags, ton bags and bulk bags manufactures.
