Double needle woven sack sewing machines GK20-8W/8LW are the high speed double needle four thread, flat bed, chain stitch machine industrial sewing machine, which developed from the single needle version GK20-8 machine head. GK20-8W is the common regular right hand machine head, GK20-8LW is the special left hand machine.
With the upper and lower feeding structure, these two double needle small bag making sewing machines have the small and large oil tank as the option to fill the lubricant oil. oil. The machine sews two lines of stitches, which makes stronger packing and prevent the materials leaking. It is widely used in paper bag factories, PP bag factories, cement bag factories, etc.
GK20-8W bag stitching machine have 4 models as below,
1. GK20-8W double needle, right sewing head
2. GK20-8LW double needle, left sewing head
3. GK20-8WA double needle, right sewing head with cutter
4. GK20-8LWA double needle, left sewing head with cutter.
These machines can be used on table for manual sewing of small bags made of paper, sack, PP and PE, also ideal for sewing bags on automatic bag making system.
