High speed bag sewing machine with auto thread cutter DNE-2UA/2LUA are the upgraded machines based on DNE-2U/2LU. With all the same character of the regular DNE-2U/2LU, these two new machines have the extra pneumatic thread chain cutter(the air supply needed in the factory),which is for automatic cutting the thread on auto bag making system. The max. speed can up to 2200RPM, large needle bar stroke, the sewing capacity up to 12mm, and the stitch length is 15mm, the powerful upper and lower feeding structure assure the machine stitch slippery and skipped material smoothly, the quality spare parts inside, high speed with the low noise, easily set up and maintenance.
These DNE-2UA/2LUA automatic bag sewing machines with thread cutter are the popular low cost machines in the most small and middle size bags factories, who make paper bags, PP/PE bags and cloth bags used in the chemical, agriculture, food and port industries etc.
Left sewing head with thread cutter DNE-2LUA is ideal for sewing bags on automated sewing system, which used together with right sewing head, it can greatly increase the bag making efficiency and productivity.
