Double needle woven sack sewing machines with auto thread trimmer GK20-8WA/8LWA are the higher level machine based on the regular GK20-8W machine head .With all the characteristics of GK20-8W, this series machines have the automatic thread cutter controlled by the air cylinder, which the relative user must have the air supply in the factory. This automatic cutter device raises the production output significantly, simple and fast for the thread end.
The model GK20-8WA is the regular model 2-needel 4-thread chain stitch sewing machine, GK20-8LWA is one oppositive direction machine head. These two machines usually work as the unit for the big bottom and mouth stitching on the automatic bags making line, which are widely used in paper bag factories, PP bag factories, cement bag factories, etc.
There are mainly 4 models as below,
1. GK20-8W double needle, right sewing head
2. GK20-8LW double needle, left sewing head
3. GK20-8WA double needle, right sewing head with cutter
4. GK20-8LWA double needle, left sewing head with cutter
These machines also can be used on table for manual sewing of small bags made of paper, sack, PP and PE, also ideal for sewing bags on automatic bag making system.
