Heavy duty double thread portable bag closing machine GK2006-2 is the high speed portable bag closing closer, which developed from the regular GK2006-1 machine head. The machine adopts the oil pump lubricated system, both 110V and 220V available as the option, The motor speed is constant when sewing light or heavy duty materials. The housing of the motor and handle are made of fiberglass-reinforced break-resistant polyamide(machine parts same as Union Special 2200).
With the combined top and bottom feeding structure, this heavy duty bag closing machine assures the smooth feeding and improve the sewing quality. It has the built-in thread chain cutter to cut the thread quickly and increase the working efficiency. The stitch length is adjustable from 3-9mm according to different material thickness.
This heavy duty portable bag closing machine head is mainly designed for sewing various heavy materials, including geotextiles, synthetic turf, tarps, and different kinds of bags(paper bags, plastic bags, PP bags, jute bags, etc).
