Last article, we discussed the FIBCs bags the historical development etc. Actually, there are main different categories of bulk bags/FIBCs bags if we have the different standard as below,
Part 1: Generally, the FIBC divided into 5 categories as the shape,
1.U-Panel Bulk Bags
U-panel bags are constructed with three main body components: one piece that runs the full length of the bag forming the bottom and two sides (the "U") and two additional pieces of fabric sewn between the "U" on two sides (the "panels").

2. Circular Bulk Bags
Circular bags, also called tubular bags, are constructed with two main body components: the body tube and the base.

3.4-Panel Bulk Bags
A very common bulk bag style, 4-panel bags are constructed with five main body components: four side panels and the base.

4. Baffled Bulk Bags
Baffles are an internal component that can be added to a U-panel, 4-panel, or circular-style bag. More specifically, baffles are fabric panels or strings sewn inside each of a bulk bag's four corners that allow it to maintain a square shape when filled.

5.Single Loop and Double Loop Bags
Produced from single tubular fabric, single and double-loop bags are widely accepted as being more cost-effective than traditional four-loop bags.

Part 2: according to conductive and non-conductive, there are four categories, A,B,C and D
1. A type Bag
Category A bags are designed for use in environments where there is a substantial risk of highly explosive and flammable gases or vapors. These bags are made using a specialized type of fabric that is highly conductive, which allows any static charge that accumulates on the surface to dissipate safely.
2.B type Bag
Category B bags, or Type D bags, are made using antistatic fabrics that are specifically designed to prevent sparks from being generated. These bags are suitable for environments with a lower risk of explosive or flammable materials, where the accumulation of a static charge may still pose a safety hazard. These bags help to prevent dangerous electrostatic discharges, making them ideal for the transport of dry, static-sensitive materials such as plastics or electronics.
3.C type Bag
Category C bags are non-conductive and are not designed to dissipate charges. These bags are made using insulating fabrics and are suitable for products that are not sensitive to electrostatic discharge. They are ideal for storing or transporting goods such as food, wood chips, or sand.
4. D type Bag
Category D bags, also called U-Panel bags, are similar to Category B bags in terms of their antistatic properties, but they are designed to move bulk goods that require a large surface area. These bags can be loaded and unloaded using standard loading equipment like forklifts, making them ideal for users who require easy and rapid loading and unloading of goods.
