Regarding the portable bag closer machine, it works by using a single thread that is fed through the needle to create a stitch in the fabric. The user simply pulls the fabric taut and presses down on the machine to create a stitch. The machine has a small motor that powers the needle and feeds the thread through the fabric with each stitch. 1.NP-7A Portable bag closing machine
NP-7A is one high speed, single needle single thread, bag closing machine with the new type plastic handle, aluminum casting motor with the fast heat radiation, more precision inside spare parts, automatic thread chain cutter, oil pump lubricated system. Both 110V and 220V single phase are available.The max sewing speed can up to 1700SPM,max stitch length is 6.5mm, max sewing thickness is 6mm. The needle is DN×2 25#,the stitch type is 401 and the lubrication type is oil pump lubricated system.
2.GK26-1A/GK26-2A Single/Double thread portable bag closing machine
GK26-1A and GK26-2A are the portable bag closer,these two models is developed from the standard GK26-1 machine.
GK26-1A is the single needle single thread chain stitch bag closing machine.
GK26-2A is the double needle double thread chain stitch sewing machine.
These two models' max sewing speed can up to 1400SPM, the max stitch length is 6.5mm, the max sewing thickness is 6mm.The needle is DN×2 25#, the stitch type is 401 and the lubrication type is manual. The machine is similar as our NP-7A machine.
3.GK2006-1/GK2006-2
This series machines are the high speed single and double thread heavy duty bag closing chainstitch sewing machine.
GK2006-1 is single needle heavy duty portable bag closing machine.
GK2006-2 is double thread heavy duty portable bag closing machine.
Both of two models adopt the lower and upper feeding mechanism, automatic built-in thread chain cutter, adjusted stitch , direct-driven built-in motor with the fan cooled, plastic insulated handle.Besides,the max sewing speed can up to 2000SPM,the max length is from 3 to 9 mm,the max sewing thickness is 9 mm.The stitch type is 101&401.
