Upper feed automatic bag closing machine head GK35-6AU is the single needle double thread chain stitch machine, which is developed from the regular GK35-6A machine, with upper feed dog feed, vertical sewing head mounted on the sewing pedestal, fitted with electro-pneumatic operated crepe tape/thread chain cutter.
GK35-6AU upper feed automatic bag closing machine head is with optical controller for automatic start/stop of the sewing, counting the finished bag numbers, as well as automatic crepe tape and thread cutting. The optical controller is equipped in the control box, which can be better to protect it. Also it can be equipped on the sewing head, then the machine can work directly after mount the sewing head on the pedestal.
This GK35-6A bag closing machine with top and bottom feed is suitable for sewing small and large filled bags made of PP, paper, jute, cotton materials. With upper feed dog feed, which can better sew the slippery and thick materials with good performance. It is widely used in grain, chemical, feed, port industries etc.
