1.How is the factory quality inspection implemented for all models under PACKSTAR?
A: Every machine in all categories undergoes a 72-hour continuous full-load test before leaving the factory. A factory quality inspection certificate and parameter test report are provided; these can be requested from the purchaser for record-keeping.
2.What maintenance is needed for machines idle over a month to avoid rust and startup jamming?
A: Add special sewing machine oil to key parts, cover the machine body with dust protection, store it in a dry environment, and run the machine at low speed for 5-10 minutes before starting production.
3.How about the packaging and transportation of that machine?
A: All the machines are packed in standard export cartons or wooden packaging boxes to prevent damage during transportation.
