Big Bag Loop Cutting Machine BC-6 is specially engineered to cut PP webbing slings, loops and belts for jumbo bags, processing up to 6 pieces of webbing simultaneously for high-volume FIBC production.
Equipped with PLC & servo fixed-length control plus touch HMI, the FIBC lifting slings cutting machine delivers stable cutting accuracy and allows operators to set length, marking and speed quickly. Adopts hot cutting function to seal webbing edges, preventing fraying and ensuring consistent sling quality for FIBC lifting loops.Integrated unwinding, marking and cutting structure reduces manual handling, lowers labor cost and improves production efficiency for bag manufacturers.
The stable mechanical frame and mature pneumatic system ensure long service life, easy maintenance and low downtime for end users. Widely compatible with PP woven webbing for FIBC slings, reinforcement straps and other heavy-duty webbings; ideal equipment for your FIBC machinery product portfolio.
