Bag feed-in device CP-4900 is the versatile bag infeed machine for the plain sewn closer on PP/PE, woven, cloth bags. With the optional folder device, CP4900 usually folds the bag before the sewing it for a tighter and stronger closure of filled bags, it provides the consistent and high efficient production with the more safety operation.
Mitsubish 3-phase induction motor with the gear reduction device, Chinese 3-phase induction motor with the gear reduction device and infinite speed adjusted motor as the option for this automatic infeed device. The opposite direction infeed device is available as the option(customized order).
This bag infeeder with Mitsubish induction motor usually aligns and guide bag into the variety closing sewing machine head, such as our DS-9C series machines, GK35 series machines etc, which vertically mounted on our pedestal closing system(A1&A2 series) and the belt conveyor.Widely used in the industry, such as seed, feed, grain packing etc.
