Bag closing belt conveyor GKL-2000 is 2.00 meter length(different lengths available), flat conveyor belt, designed to transfer the filled bags to the bag closing system or heat sealer in the packaging line, ensures the efficient and stable operation.
Bag closing belt conveyor is combined with driving motor, carbon steel or stainless steel frame, conveyor belt, height adjustable bolts, guide rails, etc. It is positioned between the bagging machine and bag closing station, conveys the filled bags to the closing machine, the guide rails keep the bags upright during the transportation.
GKL-2000 bag closing belt conveyor is used in the industries like food, chemical, building materials, etc. When matched with bag closer, it enables the automated conveying and closing, increasing the packaging speed.
Products Features
Speed Regulating Motor
The standard motor of the conveyor is speed regulating motor, which is easy to adjust the conveying speed same as the speed of bag infeeder and bag closing head.
Fixed Frequency Motor
The fixed frequency motor is also available for the conveyor, low-cost, but not easy to adjust the conveying speed through motor belt, usually it will need to add the inverter in the control system to adjust its speed same as the speed of bag closing machine head and bag infeed machine.
