What Are The Main Functions Of The Thread Take-up Mechanism And Feeding Mechanism in Industrial Sewing Machines?
It is suitable for sewing workpieces used in mass production in sewing factories or other industrial departments. Based on the consideration of factory processing and batch production, the most basic and indispensable parts of this kind of industrial sewing machine are its thread take-up mechanism and feeding mechanism.
1. Thread take-up mechanism
When the sewing machine is sewing, in the process of forming stitches, it plays the role of conveying, recycling needles and threads and tightening stitches. It can be mainly divided into the following:
▲Cam thread take-up mechanism: a mechanism in which the thread take-up rod is driven by the cam.
▲Connecting rod thread take-up mechanism: a mechanism in which the thread take-up mechanism is driven by the four-link mechanism.

2. Feeding mechanism
Standard feeding mechanisms include:
▲Bottom feeding, suitable for all standard sewing work;
▲Compound feeding, with the help of synchronous needle movement to assist feeding;
▲Harmonious feeding, which can sew multiple layers of fabric;
▲Bottom feeding plus various upper feeding mechanisms, no dislocation and movement between fabric layers, and is used for bulging sewing requirements;
▲Independent pulling feeding device: used for thick and sensitive fabrics; feeding wheel and roller presser foot drive device, used for thick and sensitive fabrics.
