The GK8-24 machine, it has two needles, four thread, flat bed, industrial chainstitch bag making machine for a long time in the market, which developed from our basic model GK8-2. It has the top and bottom feeding system with the unique top presser foot, 2-needle (needle distance 4mm) and 2-loopers forms the two independent rows stitches, which enhance the sealing and tightness of the seam. The standard united machine includes the motor, stand and tabletop.
(2) GK8-3 and GK8-4 bag closing machines
GK8-3 sack bag closing machine is one single needle double thread chainstitch industrial sewing machines for many years in the market. Traditional machine but with the outstanding characters, simple mini casting body, the plain bottom feeding mechanism, special presser foot and unique needle plate, simple machine structure with the quality spare parts inside, ease maintenance at the lower cost, long machine life.
GK8-4 machine usually, the plain drop feed machine is not enough for the certain bag closing, which need more accurate and strong feeding capacity. To solve this question, we especially developed GK8-4 paper & PP bag closing machine base on the regular GK8-3.GK8-4 adopts the upper and lower feeding structure with more strong and accurate feeding, which avoid tearing the paper when close the paper bag. Beside this, it has almost all character of GK8-3. It is usually mounted on the pedestal vertically, as well as the different length conveyor if necessary.
