Last Saturday, in accordance with the requirements of our long-term cooperative customers, a standardized and full-chain inspection process was carried out for the orders placed in our factory.
I. The main process of this inspection is as follows:
1. Visual inspection
- Overall appearance inspection: Check whether the appearance of the sewing machine is intact and whether there are any defects such as scratches, indentations, cracks, or deformations.
- Component inspection: Check whether all detachable parts are in good condition, and whether there are any looseness, cracks or paint peeling.
- Check whether the welding and connection points of components such as the motor and transmission system are firm, without looseness or cracks.
- Printing and labeling ensure that brand logos, models, production dates, manufacturer information, etc. are printed clearly, without blurring or peeling.
Inspection details
- Dimensional inspection checks the overall dimensions of the sewing machine to ensure they comply with the design specifications, especially the height, width, and length of the machine, facilitating storage and movement during actual use.
- Weight inspection measures the weight of the sewing machine to ensure it meets the standards. A sewing machine that is too heavy may affect its convenient use, while one that is too light may result in insufficient stability.
- Check whether the motor operates normally, starts smoothly without any abnormal noise, and shows no overheating. Make sure the motor has sufficient power to support different sewing needs.
- Check whether the thread speed adjustment function is flexible and can adjust the thread speed and sewing speed to meet the requirements of different types of fabrics and processes.
