The GT-50 ultrasonic non woven bag handle loop sealing machine is specially designed for attaching handle straps to non-woven carrier bags. This is a single-head ultrasonic welding machine that welds handle points one by one onto bag bodies for stable and firm connection.

We also offer the upgraded GT-50-2 double-head welding model. It completes two welding points in a single operation, greatly improving production efficiency for high-volume manufacturing lines.

Equipped with an intelligent ultrasonic generator and 20KHz ultrasonic transducer, the pneumatic ultrasonic welding machine for non woven bags handle features pneumatically driven welding horn for automatic up and down movement. It comes with simple operation and outstanding working efficiency. The ultrasonic welding process requires no adhesive. Finished products feature neat appearance, with no burning, deformation or damage to materials.
