GK80700-CD3 Heavy Duty 2-Needle 4-Thread Geotextile Sewing Machine, For Geotextile, Artificial Turf & Container Bags.

The GK80700-CD3 is a heavy-duty & high-speed 2-needle 4-thread chainstitch sewing machine for geotextile and turf, capable of forming two separate parallel rows of stitches. It adopts a reliable upper and lower feed system. The upper feed mechanism is installed inside the housing, which effectively enlarges the under-arm sewing space for improved operation flexibility. Equipped with top and bottom guides for the filler cord, which seals needle holes after sewing to ensure tight and neat seams.

This two needle four thread geotextile machine head comes without pneumatic foot lift and hot thread cutter. It is widely applicable to various geotextiles, artificial turf, as well as large container bags. It works excellently for attaching filling/discharging pipes and top covers to container bags, and handles side seams and webbing crossings smoothly.
