The GC1510 is the high speed jumbo bag lockstitch machine(equal to Juki LU-1510N) specifically engineered for professional FIBC, jumbo bag, and bulk container bag manufacturing. Globally recognized for consistent high-speed performance, extreme structural stability, and ultra-low failure rates, it has become the most standard and reliable model adopted by large-scale big bag factories worldwide for continuous mass production.
Unlike ordinary bag sewing machines, this GC1510 FIBC sewing machine supports full free-form sewing for all core FIBC production procedures. It professionally handles container bag loop seams, spout fabric seams, side panel seams, top and bottom panel joints, and difficult corner stitching. This all-round capability eliminates the need for multiple specialized machines, greatly simplifying production lines and improving overall factory output.
Built for heavy industrial workloads, the GC1510 free-form jumbo bag sewing machine adopts a premium compound feeding system: bottom feed, needle feed, and top walking feed. This synchronized triple-feed design completely prevents material shifting, uneven stitching, and layer misalignment, even when sewing multi-layer thick PP woven fabrics, coated materials, and oversized jumbo bag panels. Equipped with a large vertical rotary hook and oversized bobbin, the machine extends continuous sewing time, reduces frequent bobbin replacement downtime. Featuring an adjustable top-dial alternating presser foot, the machine automatically adapts to uneven surfaces and varying material thicknesses during jumbo bag fabrication. A built-in safety clutch effectively protects the rotary hook from collision and overload damage.
To fit different factory line layouts and production requirements, the GC1510 series offers more than 10 configurable sub-models. Options include direct servo-driven versions with or without automatic thread trimmers, as well as different long-arm machines available in 14, 18, 25 and 30-inch arm lengths. Long-arm models provide spacious working clearance, allowing operators to maneuver large jumbo bag fabrics freely for high-precision, large-area sewing.
