The GC1510D-7 and GC1510-7(equal to Juki LU1510N-7) represent the high-end automatic models of our premium GC1500 series lockstitch sewing machines, purpose-built for modern, high-volume FIBC and jumbo bag manufacturing. Retaining all the advantages of the standard GC1510 series, these two upgraded versions integrate full automatic sewing functions to deliver superior efficiency, consistent seam quality and significantly lower manual workload for professional big bag factories worldwide.
Both models are equipped with a precision synchronous automatic thread trimming system, featuring a moving knife for top thread cutting and a fixed knife for bobbin thread cutting. The dual-knife synchronized trimming eliminates uneven thread ends, removes manual thread cutting work, and drastically improves overall production speed and finished bag uniformity-the high efficiency FIBC production sewing machines for standardized mass FIBC production.
Designed for large-format bulk bag fabrication, the GC1510D-7 and GC1510-7 series offer multiple long-arm configurations: 14,18,25 and 30-inch arm lengths. The extended under-arm working space allows free, unobstructed movement of oversized jumbo bag fabrics, easily handling complex free-form sewing such as loop-to-body stitching, panel joint seams, side seams, and corner reinforcement on thick multi-layer woven materials. The GC1510-7 adopts a high torque 750W H.S servo motor under the tabletop, the GC1510D-7 full automatic direct drive bulk bag sewing machine is the direct-driven version, both of them delivering stable power, low vibration, quiet operation. As core essential equipment for new FIBC factory production lines, these two full automatic lockstitch machines are applied immediately after fabric cutting procedures, covering most standard jumbo bag forming and reinforcing stitching processes.
For the most FIBC manufacturing, there are two mainstream sewing solutions are available for factory selection: lockstitch sewing machines and chainstitch sewing machines. These GC1500 series lockstitch machines are the top global choice for high-standard FIBC production with lockstitch seam, and GK80700 and GK81300 are the ideal alternative for your big bag production with the chain stitch(equal to Union Special 80700 and 81300 series machines).
