Its core upgrade lies in the expanded under-arm working space reaching 355mm×100mm, a targeted improvement developed to fix the most common pain point encountered by bulk bag factories worldwide.
Most manufacturers using regular GC1500 series standard sewing heads for manual lifting loop attachment on jumbo bag bodies frequently face production bottlenecks caused by insufficient arm clearance. Extra-wide and oversized PP woven, PE coated bulk bag panels cannot fully pass through the narrow space under the sewing arm smoothly during loop stitching, corner reinforcement and side panel sewing. Operators have to repeatedly flip, drag and reposition heavy thick fabrics, which wastes lots of time, slows down assembly rhythm and easily creates uneven stitches or damaged big bag fabrics.
With 355×100mm under-arm clearance, the GC1510L-14 oversized PP PE woven jumbo bag sewing machine completely eliminates fabric jamming and cumbersome repositioning work. Large-format jumbo bag cloth can slide, rotate and turn freely under the arm without forced folding. Operators finish loop-to-body seams, bottom panel joints and irregular corner stitching in fewer steps, greatly simplifying manual operation and significantly boosting daily production output.
