• Specialized in attaching filling/discharging spouts, inserting top/bottom plates, and stitching body side seams of big bags.
• Equipped with top and bottom filler cord guides to seal needle punctures effectively, ensuring packaging tightness and leak resistance.​

2.Advanced Upgraded Components​

• Integrated pneumatic presser foot lift & chain thread cutter (knot knife): Requires an air generator (provided by the jumbo bag factory). The chain thread cutter uses instant high temperature to cut thread and filler cord simultaneously, achieving synchronous sealing for improved efficiency.
• 750W powerful needle position servo motor: Equipped with an external synchronizer, supporting upper and lower needle position adjustment. Delivers strong power to handle thick fabric sewing (up to 18mm) with stability.
• Stable frame structure: the strong stand and tabletop ensure consistent performance during long-hour operations(the label box is available for convenient labeling.
