The GN20-2D high speed big bag sewing machine is a high-speed industrial unit with 1-needle 2-thread overedge chain stitch, purpose-built for sewing and finishing side seams on all types of jumbo bags. It is a reliable and cost-efficient workhorse for FIBC manufacturing plants.
This economical big bag sewing machine adopts one needle and one lower looper to form standard 503 safety overlock and straight chain stitches. The finished stitches are neat and consistent for uniform bag quality. It comes with a top oil tank and semi-automatic lubrication system to ensure smooth continuous operation and extend service life. The dual filler cord guide supports cord feeding from top or bottom, which fully seals needle holes during sewing and effectively prevents material leakage inside container bags.
Designed with a simplified internal structure and high-quality parts, the low cost FIBC sewing machine for production line is quick to set up, adjust and maintain, minimizing downtime on your production line. It features flexible adjustable specifications: maximum overedged seam width up to 15mm, stitch length ranging from 7mm to 16mm, and a maximum sewing thickness of 20mm, fully adapting to different fabric thicknesses of large bags.
