The GK81500B 1-Needle 2-Thread big bag sewing machine is a heavy-duty industrial sewing machine with the safety chain stitch and overedge stitch, specially engineered for professional big bag manufacturing. Upgraded based on the regular GK81300 machine head, it delivers stable performance and superior stitching quality for daily mass production.

This heavy duty overedge sewing machine for big bag factory integrates one straight chain stitch and one overedge stitch, perfectly covering raw edges of PP woven fabrics. It is widely used to sew main fabric panels of jumbo bags, effectively neatening bag edges for a tidy finished look.

Equipped with a solid upper and lower feeding mechanism and heavy casting, the machine runs steadily with no shaking during long-hour continuous operation. Adopting premium internal parts and a reasonable structural design, it comes with a long needle bar stroke, top oil cup and dedicated filler cord guide. It works with 502 overlock stitch, and allows synchronous filler cord feeding while sewing. This design greatly enhances bag tightness and effectively stops material leakage, making your finished big bags more durable and practical.

The full complete set comes with a quality table top, strong stand, heavy-duty thread stand and a powerful 750W motor with adjustable upper and lower needle positions to meet diverse sewing demands. To further improve working efficiency, you can also equip it with optional accessories: pneumatic air foot lift and hot knife thread chain cutter(burner).
