CP-4900-SS Stainless Steel Bag Feed-In Device, Anti-Corrosion Automatic Bag Infeed for Chemical Industry.
The CP-4900-SS stainless steel bag infeed machine is a corrosion-resistant upgraded model developed based on the standard CP-4900. It is professionally engineered for bag closing operations under harsh, corrosive working conditions, making it the ideal choice for chemical factories and other sites with corrosive fumes or materials.
This stainless steel unit fully retains all original specifications and working performance of the conventional CP-4900. It is standard fitted with a 380V, 200W Mitsubishi induction motor. To meet diverse production requirements, we also provide optional motors including Chinese 3-phase geared reduction motor and infinitely variable speed motor for flexible speed control.
The machine automatically guides and filled bags, it can be perfectly matched with DS-9 series and GK35 series bag closing heads. Standard painted models such as CP-4900 and CM4900-3 are easily damaged by long-term corrosion in chemical workshops, leading to frequent breakdowns and high replacement costs. In contrast, this CP-4900-SS stainless steel bag infeed machine for chemical industry features outstanding anti-corrosion ability, greatly extending service life and lowering your long-term operational expenses.
