DS-7C Bag Closing Machine

DS-7C bag closing machine is the high speed, continuous top and bottom roller feed, single needle two thread chainstitch industrial sewing machine, with the guillotine type built-in continuous mechanical thread chain cutter, sight feed oiler lubrication, its max. sewing speed can up to 1600SPM,and fixed stitch length 7.7mm(machines parts same as Newlong DS-7C).

Bag closing machine DS-7C is an automatic swing needle machine, with its unique needle motion, it eliminates elongated needle holes that lead the bag leakage for handling of powder, granular and other materials, ensures the sift-proof closing. Its the driven roller guide the bags through sewing process, which minimize the tears or surface damage of the bags. This feeding system is unlike the traditional machines with feed dog feed, sometimes the feed dog can damage the delicate and light weight bags.

This high speed bag closing machine head is highly compatible with a variety of bag sealing systems, specially for over tape closure in automatic bagging line, such as our KS series bags heating sealer, it can be applied the crepe tape over the heat-sealed area. Mainly suitable for food packaging, the machine is creating a sift-proof and dust-proof seal. Also, in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, DS-7C machine provides a secure bag closing solution.
