GK80700CD series machines are heavy duty double needle chainstitch machine with top and bottom feed and guide for filler cord. The presser foot lift is up to 18mm. The upper feed mechanism is in housing, so with large working space under armApplicable for all seams: side seams, bottom seams, inserting top covers, and attaching filling and discharging tubes on container bags, FIBC bags, big bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags. Easy crossing of side seams and belts. Sew with two independent rows of stitches and filler cord for the left needle.
This series machines have following 3 models:
1. GK80700-CD3, without pneumatic presser foot and upper feed dog lifter, without hot thread chain cutter.
It is common and economical machine for making container bags, with regular table, stand and clutch motor, easy to operate.
2. GK80700-CD4, same as GK80700-CD3, but with pneumatic presser foot and upper feed dog lifter.
It is more convenient and flexible to lift the presser foot and upper feed dog, but need to connect with air compressor to supply the air with this function. The machine can be used on regular sewing table with clutch motor, also can use the pedestal for free arm installation of the machine and with servo motor.
3. GK80700-CD5, sames as GK80700-CD4, but also with hot thread chain cutter. Match with pedestal for free arm installation and servo motor.
It is full function machine with pneumatic foot lift and upper feed dog lift, as well as with hot thread chain cutter, which is easy to cut the thread, and greatly improved the sewing efficiency. The machine is complete set with pedestal for free arm installation and strong servo motor.
Our GK80700CD series heavy duty bag making machines are equivalent to Union Special 80700CD and Newlong DR-7UW, even our parts can be easy interchanged with Union Special and Newlong machines.
Also this series machines can be used for sewing geotextiles and tarpaulins.
