The economical manual bag closing system with NP-7A is a cost-effective and widely used manual bag closing solution, perfectly suited for sealing small filled bags. Our GKS-6 is a sturdy, user-friendly mobile pedestal built with a sliding board and universal casters, plus a dedicated mounting bracket for portable bag closers.
Fitted with flexible casters for easy relocation, this mobile pedestal with sliding boardalso features two bottom fixing screws to keep the unit stable during operation. It adopts foot pedal control for automatic start and stop, making it extremely intuitive to operate even for inexperienced workers.
As a standard configuration, the GKS-6 pedestal is assembled with NP-7A portable bag closing head equipped with an automatic thread cutter. The sewing head height can be quickly adjusted via a manual lever. Upon customer request, it can also be fitted with GK26-1A or NP-9A portable bag closing heads to meet different production needs.
This manual bag closing system with the sliding board is primarily designed for sealing small filled bags made of PP, PE and kraft paper. It is extensively applied in rice mills, seed processing plants, feed factories and many other industrial facilities.
